2. Refund Policy
2.1 Web Design Services
Refunds for web design services will be considered under the following circumstances:
2.1.1 Failure to Commence Work
If Sparkeye Web Design fails to initiate the project after receiving the client's payment, a full refund will be provided.
2.1.2 Failure to Deliver
If Sparkeye Web Design fails to deliver the agreed-upon web design project as outlined in the proposal or agreement and is unable to resolve the issues, a partial or full refund may be issued at the discretion of Sparkeye Web Design.

If the delivered web design project significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications, Sparkeye Web Design will work with the client to rectify the issues. If the issues remain unresolved, a partial or full refund may be provided, depending on the severity of the quality concerns.
2.2 Virtual Reality (VR) Services

In the unlikely event that Sparkeye Web Design is unable to proceed with a project, we will notify the client as soon as possible. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
